We also collect standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security monitoring and site performance and is not linked to your identity.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information you submit is used to:

• Review your question or dashcam footage for potential inclusion in the #ASKaTrafficCOP show
• Send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your submission
• Contact you if we need clarification before featuring your content
• Respond to partner and sponsorship inquiries

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Content Featured on the Show

By submitting a question or dashcam clip, you acknowledge that your submission may be selected for review and publication on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, or other platforms where VoiceOverCop (Sean Shapiro) publishes content.

If your submission is selected, we will use only the information you explicitly provide in your submission. Personally identifying details (such as your full name or email) will not be published without your consent. You may indicate in your submission how you wish to be credited (e.g., first name only, anonymous, or full name).

5. Data Storage and Security

Your submission data is stored on a secured server located in Canada. We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Uploaded video files are stored in a protected directory and are not publicly accessible via direct URL.

6. Data Retention

We retain submission data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your submission at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

7. Third-Party Services

Our site embeds content from YouTube (Google LLC). When you interact with embedded videos, YouTube's own privacy policy applies. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy.

We use Google Fonts for typography. Font files are loaded from Google's servers, which may log your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details.
